I was running a Zoom app meeting from my Dell Inspiron 15 series laptop last night. There is an annoying green dialog box "Zoom is using webcam" at the top of the screen. I clicked on it and then meant to click "Hide Notification" but by mistake hit "Block Application access to webcam". My screen went black instead of showing the camera view.
